Teaching you the basics of Ballet, working on classical technique, posture & movements of Ballet, whilst improving core strength, tone, flexibility, balance, poise, elegance & coordination.
A relaxed, sociable, friendly atmosphere with no pressure of exams or performances, dancing purely for fitness & enjoyment.
Designed for all ages, all levels of fitness and all shapes & sizes !
You don't need to have done Ballet (or any dance) before as we are aiming at enthusiastic beginners, as well as the slightly more experienced ☆
